Non appena Berlusconi ha detto che avrebbe mandato le forze di polizia nei licei, in un primo momento ho esultato pensando che finalmente qualcuno si era accorto delle carenze Culturali in certi ambienti... E non mi meravigliava che Maroni fosse contrario... Poi però...

Lo stonato coro di critiche mi ha riportato alla realtà, permettendomi di capire meglio il senso della frase del Presidente del Consiglio... Che, puntuale, smentisce.
Il coro in verità non è stato neanche troppo stonato... Il problema vero è che chi ha attaccato Berlusconi accusandolo di voler trasformare un problema sociale in un problema di ordine pubblico, avrebbe dovuto gridare lo stesso anche sul tema immigrazione... Mentre allora optò per a preso parte alla squadraccia.
Effettivamente, andando avanti così, di Pubblico in Italia resterà solo la Sicurezza anche se devo dire che ho apprezzato il fatto che Berlusconi abbia parlato delle università ancora come di "luoghi pubblici".

Si sa che al neolibersimo piace che il mercato sia lasciato in pace e che non vi siano tasse di sorta, appunto per lasciarlo andare (alla deriva) più fluidamente; adesso sappiamo anche che al neoliberismo piace un sacco che se il mercato non funziona bene lo stato deve spendere miliardi per farlo funzionare meglio. Ma allora come trovare i miliardi che il mercato oggi esige dallo Stato?
Si tagliano le spese militari? NOooo!
Si aumentano le tasse? NOoooo!
Si redistribuisce meglio per alimentare i consumi e far crescere la fottuta economia? NOooo!
Si statalizza? NIiii!
Si chiudono le Università? Sì!!!!
Ecco l'idea di futuro che questa gentaglia, che l'Italia ha votato, vuole per il paese:
Università al servizio del capitale; la morte degli insegnamenti umanistici (improduttivi); servizi, scuole e licei ridotti all'osso.

Quello che più mi turba è osservare come proprio quelli che più dovrebbero accanirsi sulla triste visione dell'Italia proposta, sono lì che ragionano sul "cosa conviene a chi".
Parlo ovviamente dei Rettori delle Università più prestigiose, che son lì a prendere in considerazione che tagliare è brutto, ma se proprio si deve... Allora che a rimetterci siano gli altri. Senza rendersi conto che se la visione di chi governa il paese pone l'Istruzione tra i costi, riducibili in base alle esigenze del Mercato, oggi loro si salvano ma domani, come gli altri di oggi, per non morire si prostutuiranno.

L'Università che abbiamo in Italia fa un po' cagare... E le classifiche mondiali ce lo ricordano impietosamente (Bologna la prima in Italia... 192eisma! - Pensate a che posto sarebbe l'Italia se avessero usato degli indicatori più adatti!!), di riforme quindi ne servono eccome. L'Università andrebbe svecchiata... Andrebbero troncate le carriere clientelari... Andrebbe modernizzata... e bla bla bla... Ma possiamo aspettarci una roba del genere dalle attuali forze politiche?

Il dramma vero è che il paradigma mercantilistico che da qualche decennio sta determinando gli orientamenti gestionali della cosa pubblica, con tanto di scimmiottamento della retorica aziendale, non solo è trasversale agli schieramenti politici, ma investe tutti i comparti, il problema è che ciascuno se ne accorge solo quando viene chiamato in causa direttamente.
Per questo quello che servirebbe (IMHO) è che la protesta uscisse dalle università per incontrarsi con tutte le altre vertenze aperte e con cui condivide le origini, la trasformazione cioè dei diritti in costi da ridurre.
Non mi stupisce che Maroni sia stato reticente al diktat Berlusconiano, tutti sanno che sia nelle Università che nei Licei gli agguerriti studenti di oggi, probabilmente rivedranno le loro posizioni non appena si avvicineranno gli esami... O altre scadenze didattiche. Se la vertenza non esce dalle Università, morirà lì dentro...
Vedremo se stavolta la lezione l'abbiamo imparata sul serio.

Uff... Mi rendo conto solo ora che, come al solito, anzichè limitarmi a raccontare quello che succede salto di palo in frasca e arrivo alle solite grandi questioni... In realtà avrei voluto raccontare come si stanno svolgendo le proteste davanti ai miei occhi... A Bologna... Avrei voluto dire come il primo problema che ci si pone al momento di decidere su un'occupazione è esattamente sul come poter garantire agli altri il diritto di non protestare. E di come, nella mia esperienza, in tutti i tipi di blocchi fatti il momento in cui davvero il blocco totale riesce è all'arrivo della Polizia, perchè spaventa, di solito, proprio chi non ha a che fare con le proteste. Avrei voluto dire di come quei consigli di facoltà che non bloccano la didattica stanno in realtà scaricando tutto il peso della difesa del diritto all'istruzione sugli studenti... Avrei voluto dire un sacco di cose... Come sempre...
