Quando un momento di democrazia diventa una gara goliardica a chi... sputa più lontano c'è a mio avviso sempre qualcosa di sbagliato. Così è anche per la consultazione sull'accordo del 23 luglio.

Serrare i ranghi sembra essere la parola d'ordine per tutti i partecipanti.

Questo è quello che stanno facendo tutti... Quelli che temono che se vincessero i No, contraddicendo il dictat di Epifani, la CGIL subirebbe una grande crisi di rappresentanza; così come quelli che auspicano la vittoria del No per dimostrare la propria forza all'interno della struttura sindacale.

Personalmente non trovo molto appassionante questo genere di dibattito. Mi interessa invece di più discutere dei contenuti, perchè se è chiaro che in un modo o nell'altro gli spazi per cambiare quell'accordo sono ben pochi, è anche vero che "metterci la firma" è un po' troppo.

Al di là del suo essere a tratti "il male minore", quell'accordo riflette la filosofia che ci ha portato al genere di lavoro che stiamo subendo oggi: defiscalizzare, lavorare fino a che morte non sopraggiunga e liberalizzare... Se destra e centrosinistra in questo non si distinguono e quindi quella è l'inevitabile strada da percorrere "va bene"... Ma metterci la firma continua a sembrami eccessivo.

Questo secondo me è innanzitutto la consultazione dell'8, 9 e 10 ottobre: un'occasione per dire che se in materia di lavoro vengono presi certi provvedimenti, sono provvedimenti presi sulle spalle di chi lavora (e di chi vorrebbe lavorare), palesemente a suo svantaggio e contro il suo volere.

In ultimo... senza dilungarmi oltre sui singoli punti dell'accordo...
